I founded York Leadership in 2016 as a private office for senior leaders making decisions where missteps are costly.
My work is independent and discreet. It gives leaders a place to test assumptions, challenge blind spots, and sharpen judgement when the margin for error is slim.
My approach is grounded in psychological principles. I trained in coaching at the University of Cambridge and completed Master’s level studies in Social Anthropology at UCL, a combination that shapes the way I connect strategic decision-making with human dynamics.
Earlier in my career, I held international roles in media and technology during a period of rapid global expansion. Working at that pace showed me how quickly performance and culture can come under strain, and how decisive, grounded leadership can change outcomes.
Today, I work one-to-one with CEOs, founders, and senior executives across finance, pharma, law, technology, and professional services. My style is measured, calm, and precise. It is built to keep leaders effective when pressure, speed, and expectations collide.
At the centre of every engagement is Strategic Authenticity: staying true to yourself while adapting to what the moment demands. It is about making clear choices, building lasting influence, and ensuring that both people and performance endure.
